Relax with the whole family or as a romantic secluded getaway. This rustic chalet is seven minutes to the heart of downtown Ellicottville, which is filled with shops, restaurants and the best ski slopes in upstate NY!
The chalet inspires the reset that you’re looking for with unique features and breathtaking views you cannot find anywhere else! The inside of the home is cozy and welcoming, with handcrafted details evident throughout. Enjoy a nice summer breeze or cozy up during a winter getaway. Sit down by the TV for movie night or play a game of pool while looking out at the beauty Ellicottville has to offer. If you’re taking this trip as an opportunity to work from home, enjoy a designated desk and Wi-Fi access that will help you redefine what it means to WFH. The chalet has room for the whole family, with three spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, including a master bedroom with an attached and updated ensuite on the upper level. Family members with four paws are also always welcome!
The lower level features a second entertaining area, bathroom, utility room & second master with a walk-in closet/powder room. The way the home was designed, downstairs gives off a Costa Rican summer room vibe. Imagine the walkout doors open & the summer breeze moving through while drifting off to the sound of silence or being consumed by a good book.
Manicured paths meander the property that overlooks its own "private" ridgeline. Enjoy a morning coffee out on the expansive deck and enjoy views that cannot be described in words.
