Each of these four bedrooms are located on the main level of this home, so there are no stairs. The primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed, 40” flat screen TV w/Cable, walk in closet and a primary bathroom. There is also access to the deck from the primary suite. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms each have 2 twin beds. The 4th bedroom offers a queen size bed. There is a full bathroom and a ½ bath on the main level for these rooms to share. Upstairs is a bonus room/game room which includes a queen futon sleeper, 50” flat screen TV w/Cable, foosball table, dart board and view of the lake. There is also a ½ bath in this room. The Apartment is located upstairs and has a separate entrance. This is a great place for additional guests and offers all the amenities needed for comfort. There is a family room that overlooks the lake and access to a deck. The living room has a gas fireplace, 50" flat screen TV w/Cable and comfortable seating. There is a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee pot. There is also a dining area and breakfast bar. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a primary bathroom. Loved this property! So much space that accommodated my large group perfectly! We had 6 cars and all fit perfectly. The house has several areas for different age groups - we had young kids, teenagers and adults and we each had our own space per say where we could do our own thing but yet be close enough to keep an eye. Excellent communication, I was running late due to traffic coming from LA and they sent me the after hours check in instructions right away with everything I needed to obtain the keys after their office closed. The convenience of the key drop off was great. We go every year and I think we found our new home away from home.

Great location and great space, comfortably accommodated 6 adults and 8 kids. Plenty of bend rooms and bathroom. Although it was not clear to me that two of the bedrooms were only accessible through a separate outside entrance. Would stay here again.

The location was ideal for us, walking distance to everything we wanted to do in town. We had a group of 13 for our family get together and the house accommodated us all nicely. The house could use some attention, the dock was a little rickety for the older people in our group to use comfortably, but overall, it was just fine for what we wanted.

During my recent stay at 032- Lakefront Village Escape, I found its location undeniably advantageous, offering convenient access to nearby access to the village, lake, and breathtaking views. This, however, was a highlight of an otherwise challenging experience. Regrettably, the property itself seemed in need of significant attention and maintenance. Several essential amenities, including the dishwasher, ice maker/leaking fridge, trash compactor, gas range (only 2 of 5 ranges worked), fireplace in the upper unit not functioning (requiring wood supplied by maintenance), and heater, were not functioning properly during my stay. Additionally, there was a continuous issue with the running toilet, which added to the discomfort. What compounded these inconveniences was the level of customer service encountered. The response to our concerns, particularly from the front desk, lacked the empathy and professionalism one would expect. The staff's approach felt dismissive, which did not align with the hospitality standards that ensure a welcoming and comfortable stay for guests. While I recognize the potential of lakefront property due to its stellar location, my experience underscores a pressing need for property maintenance and customer service improvements. A more proactive and guest-focused approach could enhance the overall experience, making it a place where guests appreciate the location and feel valued and well-cared for.
