A Cozy Lakefront Getaway! This lakefront home is full of classic Big Bear charm! You'll appreciate the mountain style decor, pool table room, and amazing lake views from the large deck. If that wasn't enough - enjoy being only half a mile from restaurants and shopping in the Village area. Please note: as of 5/3/21 the boat dock is not available. We are working with the owner to see if it can be moved out into the water, as the lake level is very low.

This beautiful custom home is a "Classic House" on the Lake. The house has been in the owner's family for a long time and it has quite a history of fun times on the Lake. The kitchen is open and convenient to the living room and deck. The dining room was designed to show off the Lake lapping at the edge of the property. It is fully furnished with the conveniences of a microwave, gas stove/oven, and propane BBQ on the deck (we supply the propane!) and includes Cable TV, DVD, washer/dryer, cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, sheets, towels, and telephone.
3 Comfortable Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms
The largest bedroom features a king bed and a great view of the Lake. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and bunk beds. Comfortable sleeping for up to 10 people!
Deck with a Fabulous View!
There is a huge deck that offers great views of the Lake. You can cook like a real chef with the propane BBQ (we provide the propane!) or just relax and watch the boats on the Lake.
Pool Table
This home has a separate room for the pool table, so you can watch TV in the living room at the same time! This house if perfect for really relaxing and enjoying your time at Big Bear Lake.
Boat Dock NOT AVAILABLE
The private dock is currently unavailable as of 5/3/21, as lake level is to low for the season of 2021. Please be advised there may be weeds in the water near the dock, and understand that the Municipal Water District controls all weed removal.
Trash: Trash must be taken to a local drop-off site and must not be left at the property.
House Rules and Notes
• No parties or events of any kind allowed on property
• No more than 3 cars at the house at any time
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. Registered person must stay in the home throughout the reservation.
• No smoking
• Check-in time is 4 PM
• Check-out time is 10 AM
This home allows a maximum of 7 adults and up to 2 children.
A maximum of 2 adults allowed per bedroom per City of Big Bear Lake ordinance, the balance of any occupancy beyond that must be made up of children under the age of 18 up to the full permitted occupancy of 7 allowed. No Over Occupancy.
Vacation Rental Permit/License # VRR-2025-0832
Per the City of Big Bear Lake, the primary guest for your reservation is required to acknowledge and sign the Big Bear Lake Good Neighbor Policy prior to gaining access to the rental property. Guests are also required to provide government identification prior to going to the rental property.

Hello I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding my recent stay at one of your cabins. I would like to bring attention to several issues I encountered during my stay, which significantly impacted the quality of my experience. I believe it is crucial to address these concerns for the improvement of your services and satisfaction of your future guests. My first complaint is in regard to the cleanliness of your cabin. Upon arrival my daughter in law located dirty under garments in the closet of one of your rooms. After calling for service, they were removed. Additionally, I also requested that all bed sheets would be removed as well. Two ladies came and changed all sheets. However, The next morning my daughter in law was cooking when she opened the cabinets of the kitchen and noticed Rat droppings. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Overall we had a good stay. The house is quaint and dated, but served its purpose. We had a couple issues that were reported to Meredith Lodging upon checkout.

Got to fish one day, which was fun and relaxing.

Yes, this house is on the lake (!) and is as pictured. What is not pictured are the cobwebs on every window. The primary bedroom has no window coverings (so, our whole group was up before 6 AM). The motif is what it is - cerca 1980s. This includes the carpet which has been kept up but does not make it any more fresh. The layout of the house is great. The deck is big. Half the deck furniture is broken. You get what you pay for :)
