Property was in great location. We were able to see fireworks from balcony. Everyone had a great time, very peaceful and quiet.
Didn’t pay attention to parking situation and part of our party couldn’t come because there was no parking for a third car.

The home is run down and in a need of renovation desperately. The sofa is old and very uncomfortable. The bathrooms are in a desperate need of fresh paint. The master bedroom bed was broken and unusable. I notified the owner as soon as we saw it. He apologized and said the previous guest admitted to breaking it. I asked Bryan (the owner) to discount the charge a little for the inconvenience, he totally ignored my texts and has not responded. Very disappointed in how Bryan is handling this situation, my recommendation is do not stay there, there are much nicer places for the same amount.
