Burnt Store Marina is a gated community spread out over 600 acres with diverse housing styles. Located on Charlotte Harbor, only 10 miles from the Gulf of Mexico through the Boca Grande Pass, we are surrounded by barrier islands with some of the most beautiful beaches in the world by way of boat or car. Our community is also unique in that it is one of the few gated communities with both a 27-hole golf course and a privately-owned marina. Don’t forget to visit our 3 restaurants, Cass Cay and the Trading Post down at the marina, and, Linkside Café at the golf club. Also within our gates are many independent businesses offering yacht & charter services, golf cart sales/rentals, kayak rentals, boat rentals and more.

Perfect getaway! The condo was beautiful, with an unbeatable view of the marina. It had everything you could need—well-stocked, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. The host stayed responsive and communicative from booking through checkout. Already counting down to our next visit!
