Welcome to resort living in the beautiful Burnt Store Marina community.
Yes, we are happy to offer a complimentary golf cart for your stay at our wonderful Villa. Also, if you book with us for a minimum of 12 weeks we will also include a fitness center membership, which includes swimming/water fitness classes at the Resort Pool.

Spacious and open floor plan with 1+ car garage, lives like a single-family home. From the moment you step inside you are greeted by volume ceilings, neutral oversized tile flooring, warm paint tones and sensational golf course views. The screened lanai with a ceiling fan, is a favored place to curl up and read a good book, drink your morning coffee, or entertain guests.
If you are tired of spending your winter in the cold and gray, come to Burnt Store Marina where you can partake in outstanding boating, fishing, golfing, fitness center, Pickle ball, tennis, and the weekly farmers market. The community is situated on the banks of Charlotte Harbor and only 11 nautical miles to the Gulf of Mexico. This is where you will find this charming waterside community that is centrally located along the sunset coast between Sarasota and Naples. Only 15 minutes to either Publix, the local grocery store to the north (or south), then a little further and you will be in lovely downtown Punta Gorda/Port Charlotte. To the south you will find the quaint town of Matlacha on Pine Island, the great beaches of Cape Coral/Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach.

Villa was exactly as advertised. Owners were fantastic to work with. Loved Burnt Store Marina and all that the community offered. People were very friendly and so many activities to enjoy. We especially enjoyed all of the wonderful pickle ball players. Highly recommend the community!

This villa worked out perfectly for my husband and I this winter. It was clean and in a great location. The owners thought of everything to make our stay enjoyable. Their communication was excellent and they were easy to work with. Totally recommend!
