This inviting 7th-floor condo is ideal for a small family or 2 couples traveling together. Burnt Store Marina is a gated community that boasts beautiful lush landscaping and surrounds the outstanding Charlotte Harbor. You will look forward to walking/biking along the marina in the morning, all while you watch manatees and fish jump in the serene waters. You can occasionally catch a dolphin or two swimming in the marina. In addition, the screened lanai is the perfect spot for relaxing any time of the day while enjoying the ocean breeze.
The condo is tastefully furnished with light and bright decor. You'll find all the essential amenities of home as well, such as air conditioning and an in-unit full-size washer/dryer for your convenience. The Master bedroom has king size bed and a walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom contains a queen-size bed and private bathroom with a walk-in shower. NO BATHTUB available. Wi-Fi and Smart TV with cable are provided. You can prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the necessary appliances and cooking utensils. Absolutely loved our stay at this wonderful condo! The view of the marina and the manatees was incredible—I could have watched them all day! The condo was equipped with everything we needed, and the hosts were so communicative and responsive. It was a perfect getaway! Thank you!

We had a great time staying at this lovely remodeled condo. Super clean and very well stocked! Owners were so easy to communicate with, and such nice people! Highly recommend this rental!
