Property was very comfortable and walking distance to everything we needed to do and see in Sawtell We would definitely look at staying here again if we return.

The property was walking distance to the beach, look out and Main Street which was a perfect location. Tue owner was quick to communicate to us and the little touches of amenities in the place was great. We didn’t cook as the location was perfect distance to the towns restaurants. And the lounge was super comfy for a night of watching movies when the weather wasn’t the best to venture out. Would definitely book this place again. A gem !
The only downside to the property was the solar hot water which was only warm for our stay due to the weather with no back up. It was warm enough for 2 of us using only the hot water tap in early May but any more people and in the middle of winter would have been cold.

Fantastic location to patrolled beach, coffee, dining & bars. The villa is spacious in quiet surrounds with 2 bedooms. The e-communication from the owner via Booking.com was excellant. I would be happy to stay here again.
