Location and had everything we needed
Tight parking space and one of the other units parked across our designated parking space. TV remote back cover was missing which caused problems using it. Internet kept dropping in and out. Trying to communicate with agent. Noise from Pub, delivery trucks at 2am and garbage trucks.

Took our own
Couldn't use my allocated car space due to unit 1 parking their 4 wheel drive in their space. There was absolutely no possible way l could park without blocking them in. The room smelt due to smelly drains. Mould issues on the bathroom ceiling. Toaster needs replacing. Also the noise was unbelievably loud due to the Location, behind the Sawtell Hotel A music Festive was on , which we were unaware of. Could not hear the TV properly. The the after noise of the festival being packed up. 6.30 Wakeup due to rubbish trucks and deliveries. ! The Roads were blocked off due to the festival on Saturday so access was very difficult.
