Renters BEWARE - “Vacation” RUINED

Location, gated

Owner knowingly booked the place during roofing construction. Horrendously loud banging and drilling before 8am every single day, sometimes until after 7pm. Workers were dropping debris all around the building and into the parking lot. Workers trespassed several times onto our deck and the place has no privacy curtains, so they were able to look right into the living room where our teenage daughter was sleeping. Workers dropped a drill and an entire box of roofing screws off the roof onto our deck while we were there to video it. Vacasa approved our full refund and we had to end our “vacation” early because this was a hazardous construction zone and our family’s privacy was being repeatedly violated. However, the owner has still refused to refund us. It’s been two weeks since we left and now the owner is falsely accusing us of damaging his patio furniture, despite the fact that we provided video footage of the damage caused by the construction workers. This owner has absolutely no care for his renters, nor has Vacasa or Booking helped us to get refunded. We have spoken to agent after agent at both companies, but we just keep getting the runaround. Not sure how this owner is still approved to be listed on these rental sites.

We had a wonderful stay, lots of sun, sand and good times!

The location of the condo was perfect. It was clean upon arrival, and had all the expected amenities.

The mattress in the master needs to be replaced, it has a huge divot in the middle, extremely uncomfortable. The bathrooms could use some attention as well, caulking is old, looks dirty

Die Lage war super.

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Appartement, es wurden weder die Betten frisch überzogen noch frische Handtücher zur Verfügung gestellt. Keine Reinigung! Die Betten könnten erneuert werden! In die Jahre gekommenes Appartement. Wir hatten auch Pech das arbeiten an den Dächern durchgeführt wurden wodurch von Ruhe keine Rede war.
