Really liked the floor plan. Nice sized owners suite with king bed. The side gate to the back deck made for easy unloading luggage. Nice neighbors and pool. We have stayed in the Annex many times and I liked this unit best. Great stay.

Definitely a 5 star place. Unit was clean, had what we needed in the kitchen, wi-fi, cable tv (lots of football games during the holidays), and was comfortable. Loved where it was located as we are fans of both the Cuban Coffee Queen and the Green Parrot - especially enjoyed Monday’s Bingo Nights supporting charity. Thank you for letting us rent your place for New Year’s week!!

Property is nice and clean. However on my first day of arrival I realized the garbage disposal did not work. Contacted the owner he did send someone over to look at it however it was not repaired or replace the whole week I was there which it started to stink. Also I believe it should be mentioned in the description that the owner controls the AC which he will not be lower than 74. Durning the day the house was about 77.
