The property was perfect for our trip! It was immaculate and well-stocked. There were plenty of bath towels, beach towels, wash cloths, dishes, etc. At other properties, we’ve had to do laundry and dishes several times during the stay. Not here. :-). The location is great, just inside Truman Annex. Check-in and check-out were also super easy. I contacted the owner with a few questions, and he was quick to respond. We will try to get this unit again on our next trip.

Beautiful area of Key West, quiet yet 2 blocks from all the Key West activities. The house is clean, well supplied with a great front porch and back deck. Easy access to take bikes out of the back porch to ride around the town. Chris the host is very friendly and responsive to questions. Would highly recommend this home- but hesitate because we want to keep it as our little secret!!!

It was our first time in Key West. The location was the best! The condo was close to Duval, Fort Zachary State Park and Beach, Mallory Square etc. Great little pool a few doors down in the condo community Condo was clean and in excellent condition. We absolutely loved every minute! Planning on visiting this condo again next year.

We absolutely loved this place! Perfect location (close to things to do but away from the noisiest parts of town), beautiful layout with nice outdoor spaces, comfortable and beautifully decorated, and well stocked. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot that felt secure, and the host was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Great value for the area. Highly recommend!

We had a great time in Key West. The property was great and in a wonderful location. As a separate note, I would advise that the parking agency for Truman Annex has separate parking requirements. I was not notified about a maximum length of vehicles allowed to park on the site. My truck was considered too long and we were not allowed to park in the assigned parking space which was included with the stay. We were told at 10:30 at night that we needed to park on the street. This was highly unprofessional of the separate parking company. I would recommend to future owners that the maximum length is 18'6" for vehicles. I had to park off site and spend additional funds for uber rides.

We stayed with our family of four for a week and we were very pleased! Chris was very helpful and responsive with any and all of our questions. The location is within walking distance of everything and being in Truman annex felt very safe. New A/C worked great, everything was very clean and internet was very fast. Lots of beach towels to take to the beach with us, comfortable beds and it was also nice to have a pool near by. We loved the beach at Fort Zachary as well! If you visit make sure to check the calendar for the amphitheater. We happened to be there for their free 200 year celebration, which included a concert, history of the keys and a 250 drone “firework” show which was amazing!

Great location nice condo, Bed wasn’t very comfortable and air conditioner was very loud and not being able to adjust the temperature below 74° was the only complaint we had, it got hot during the day, couldn’t imagine what it’s like in the summer.

This was a great location in the beautiful Truman Annex, close to anything and everything Key West! Chris was easy to work with and responded quickly to any inquiries.

Property is nice and clean. However on my first day of arrival I realized the garbage disposal did not work. Contacted the owner he did send someone over to look at it however it was not repaired or replace the whole week I was there which it started to stink. Also I believe it should be mentioned in the description that the owner controls the AC which he will not be lower than 74. Durning the day the house was about 77.

Loved the location and assigned parking spot. Unit worked for 4 adults but I wouldn't suggest more people. Photo of living room isn't current and there is now less seating. While the furniture was adequate, it's not exactly "beautifully furnished". We appreciated all the extras like beach towels, sunscreen, spices and the washer/dryer. We could have used a large nonstick fry pan and a gas barbecue would be a nice addition. The king mattress was comfortable for us.

Some members of my family and I stayed at this property at the end of April 2022. Overall I was pleased with the property. I got what I paid for but there were some issues. When we first arrived at 3 o’clock which was the check-in time, the cleaning lady was still there so we sat on the front porch with our luggage for almost an hour before we were able to get in. After my party of 5 all took showers the tub was filling up with water. I contacted the property manager and was replied to immediately and a plumber was dispatched. They next day a leak started from the ceiling and was dripping all over the upstairs toilet and floor. Long story short, it turned out to be an issue with the A/C unit and it took 2 days to be repaired. So we stayed with no A/C for those 2 days. It really only was bothersome at night when we slept since during the day we were mostly out and about. It did start dripping again the night before we left but we didn’t lose the A/C. The property owners/managers did respond to my issues immediately and the inconvenience was out of their control. I understand things happen and I did appreciate them responding immediately. However, our vacation was affected negatively and dealing with repair men in my rental unit on several occasions does affect plans. I was reimbursed for 2 nights rental and I suppose that is sufficient but overall we were still disappointed. All in all if it wasn’t for the issues stated above I would give it 5 stars but, although the issues were nobody’s fault they still occurred during my stay and the reason for only 3 stars.

Our fourth trip to Key West was the best mostly due to this property. The location in the beautiful Truman Annex is perfect. You are close to the action in Old Town while actually staying in a quiet well maintained property. Owners are quite responsive: we had a minor issue with a chirping smoke detector that was addressed immediately. The owners provided amenities like coffee and sun screen which we were not expecting but which smoothed our move in at the beginning of the vacation. Overall a great value.

Girls trip, first time renting in Truman Annex we picked a winner. Check in and out a breeze, very responsive owners. Great location to Duval St but far enough away not to be disturbed by action. Duval looper stops very convenient. Half bath downstairs a plus, as well as gate on side street. Pool easy to get to. Only disappointment was it’s already rented for the weeks Ed want next year! Thank you for a great stay!
