The sleepout was cosy and spotlessly clean, the hosts were great
The bed was a bit too hard for my wife's comfort, but you can't please them all eh?

The facilities were excellent, of the highest quality. The location was superb with so much in walking distance.. A bonus was my daughter lived down the street.
The Internet was patchy. A spreader is needed.

Offered tea on arrival and help with booking an excursion. Then the situation went wrong.
I assumed breakfast was included as the property was under the B&B section. In the 'cupboard there was a toaster, kettle, a to me unknown little coffee machine and crockery for 2 persons. However no space not even to swing a mouse. How foolish of me to think breakfast was included. I DEFINITELY wouldn't provide breakfast was the answer. After this unhappy exchange I didn't see the owners again during my stay.
