The location is fantastic and the apartment is beautiful, no complaints about its comfort, look and location.
The place was not that clean when we arrived and there was food left in the fridge and cupboards from the previous tenants which is not a great welcome. Arriving in the London winter as tourists we are naturally going to walk around, there was no hair dryver in the apartment and when we asked for one, we were just handled basically. The support service just continually asked us to look in a cupboard and after three rounds of asking they said the owner would not buy one, is 20 pounds such an expense when it comes to it? There was no personalised welcoming feeling to the place if that makes sense, to find hair in the bathroom and dust everywhere was not great.
