Short walk into Newquay and onsite parking

The property is clean, well kept, spacious and has lovely views to the river. It was a comfortable stay and the host checked on us regularly, which was nice of them. The flat is located by the main street, so it is accessible by car everywhere. There is parking available and the area seems very safe.
The location is ok but only if you travel by car. Newquay is fairly hilly and there is limited sidewalk, so it depends on mobility how easy it is to get to the centre and beaches.
