The staff were friendly and polite – they replied straight away, without any delay. The location is very convenient – just a 15-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and a 2-minute walk to the metro. The flat has everything you need for your stay and is clean.
Just a few small things: Unfortunately, there are no shelves or hooks in the bathroom 🙁
For four people staying here, this is very uncomfortable, as there’s nowhere to hang towels or clothes. The air conditioning in the small living room isn’t working, which is a problem on such hot days.

The location is exceeded my expectations, you’re literally one block down from the Eiffel Tower. The apartment was clean, no mold, the air wasn’t stuffy. When we had some issues, the receptionist answered quickly and they were friendly and helpful
The humidifier was a bit busy but we were so tired that it didn’t bother us.

A localização é excelente e perto de tudo.
Roupas de cama manchadas, os travesseiros antigos, o aquecedor não é bom, a torneira do chuveiro estava quebrada, a internet não funcionava bem, a cortina não fechava bem e deixava o quarto iluminado demais pela manhã. Como as janelas não eram duplas e o apto é térreo, o barulho da rua pode incomodar.
