Było zimno - apartament jest ogrzewany tylko farelką i grzejnikiem który włączał się na określany czas w łazience, drzwi były nieszczelne i ciągle wiało, zanim się nagrzało to musiało minąć parę godzin… apartament nie jest w środku budynku tylko ma kontakt z patio. Obok drzwi do apartamentu była kuchnia od restauracji, więc było słychać ciągle personel, wyrzucanie butelek szklanych itp. Jednak lokalizacja była świetna + apartament był odnowiony - to były akurat plusy.
