In the home sanitary issues are top priority. Below are details of the measures we implemented for every guest in the house to make travel safer :
The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.
Covid-19 fighting products (EN 14476) will be used to clean the apartment with a specific care of surfaces, keys, doorknobs and switches
Linen will be provided by professional that use industrial machine at high temperature
## Emplacement
The 15th arrondissement is a pleasant and very lively district. It offers access to many monuments of Paris (Eiffel Tower, Invalides, Ecole Militaire, Place of Trocadero), and is not far from stations (Montparnasse, St lazare) or park (Breteuil, Champs de Mars, Trocadéro, André Citröen).
Very commercial, it has its own shopping center with Beaugrenelle, its streets full of shops as the street of commerce. This neighbourhood is a great location, thanks to its relaxed atmosphere and its security.

Metro line 12 - station Convention : 5 minutes walk (direct access to Montparnasse train station, St Lazare train station, Concorde, Pigalle, Sacré Coeur)
Bus 88 : stop Alleray / la Quintinie : 4 minutes walk

This little studio was clean, comfortable and well equipped for our three days in Paris. The space can feel stuffy and extremely small as there are NO windows. There is a small ventilation window above the door which helped a lot. Space stayed very warm from the little heater.
It's in a fantastic neighbourhood and I'm so glad we stayed here.
Tips for improvement:
1- Two extra pillows for sitting up in bed
2- Bed side table with lamp (overhead lighting is a bit abrasive)
Would stay again. 😎

Studio de taille correct pour 2 personnes avec une bonne cuisine et salle de bain, quelques ustensiles supplémentaires ne serait pas de refus (planche, couteau, casserole) et il est dommage que le studio ne soit pas si lumineux que promis. Cependant les lieux sont propres et le contact avec le propriétaire est agréable.

Petit studio agréable, très calme (Occupé qu’en soirée + nuit) et frais (très agréable face au chaleurs parisiennes)..
Il est très bien placé par rapport à notre objectif qui était d’être prêt de la Porte de Versailles.
Le système de récupération des clés est très pratique et offre une grande liberté.

Par contre, l’annonce et les photos le décrivent comme lumineux, il ne l’est vraiment pas, bien au contraire. Il est très sombre mais c’est normal pour un RDC.
Certaines photos de l’annonce ne semblent pas correspondre à la réalité du studio qui nous a été loué.
Petit manque : une passoire !
Avis global : au vu de la concurrence, ce studio est d’un bon rapport qualité prix. Le contact commercial est réactif et agréable, soucieux de bien faire. Le studio est très bien entretenu et propre.
