There was a great bathtub, kitchen equiped well enough for a short stay, comfortable bed and curtains that cover the morning light. The 15th arr. is safe, the apartment is also close to the metro station.
Unfortunately we stayed during the building renovation so it was a little loud, but we werent staying inside during the day anyways. The elevator didnt work too.

El alojamiento está súper bien ubicado, a tan solo 3 minutos de una estación de metro que te conecta con toda la ciudad. Está súper cómodo, limpio y bien amueblado con lo esencial para tener una buena estancia. El barrio era bastante seguro por lo que podías regresar muy noche sin correr peligro alguno.
Nos tocó la mala suerte de que el elevador estaba siendo reparado entonces si eran varias escaleras las que teníamos que subir

The location is excellent, with easy access to everything in a good neighborhood. The apartment is very minimalist in terms of features, but it's very spacious.
Spacious bathroom, but it's impossible to shower without spreading water on the floor. There are no bath curtains or glass to prevent that. The flat is on the 4th floor, and during our stay, the lift was broken, and we had 2 heavy pieces of luggage... it was a bit of a challenge to bring them up. If it were an elderly person, they probably couldn't. But this issue is not the owner's fault.
