The house is a ranch which made it easy for us. The fenced in backyard came in handy for my daughter's beagle! The location is wonderful!!
It is near everything, stores,beaches,restaurants, and Point Pleasant boardwalk.
The owner is an amazing host and ready to help in anyway possible. The house was stocked with anything one would need. It was a great 2 weeks of seeing friends and family. I'd go back in a heartbeat!

Our family's first time renting a house together at the beach and it was a great stay! The house was very clean and had enough space for everyone, including my dog and tenth month old niece. We were able to stay close to the house and had plenty of activities to occupy us while she napped. Spent most of our time in the spacious yard or walking over to the marina. The host was very responsive and made the process very easy!

We enjoyed our stay at this newly decorated home with a king master, deck, firepit, 6 beach badges, chairs, umbrella and outside shower. Having all the rooms on one level was great for my elderly parents and the fenced in yard was private and inviting. Great indoor and outdoor spaces to hang out and close to town and beach. I biked to yoga, walked to the Inlet and ate at so many great places nearby. Manasquan is the best beach town in NJ! Highly recommend this property.
