Lovely 4 bedroom cape cod home - 2 bedrooms with Queen beds downstairs and 2 bedrooms with 3 twins each upstairs. Only 4 minutes to Boardwalk and Beach! One full bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. Beach badges provided. Large outdoor shower in backyard. Cozy gas fireplace for cool nights. Desk/comfy desk chair for remote work.
Great room opens up right onto kitchen so you can cook, talk, eat and relax. Spacious fenced in backyard with deck and grill - perfect for kids or pets and fun barbeques. Property is just how described. Stayed with family for a wedding. Clean, plenty of beds, great layout and location was great for our needs. Fenced yard for the dogs was a plus.

We had a very nice beach getaway after Labor Day with a few friends! The house had everything we needed, and was very close to the beach. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

The best part of this property is its location. Less than a five minute walk to the beach and boardwalk, yet quiet at night. The second best thing about this property is the responsiveness of the property manager. However, there were also a number of issues with this property. When we first entered the house we found a dirty kitchen table, shower curtain and liners filthy and with mold, and a barbecue with a broken leg. In addition, the beds offer no support and they all squeak loudly. The backyard was almost useless because of the large Mulberry tree that drops thousands of berries in June and into July. The purple berries fell on the lawn and patio. We swept it a number of times each day and each trip outside required cleaning dog paws and shoes so as not to bring the purple mashed berries into the house. We also found pieces of broken glass in the backyard. Very concerning. Remember that the property description is created by a real estate agent in order to only mention the positive.
