Recently remodeled Waterfront Lake/ Beach House! The perfect vacation destination; this lake front house is located three blocks from the beach, restaurants, the Inlet, and a short walk to Jenkinson's Pavilion/Bars. An ideal spot for you to rest, relax, recharge, and enjoy a vacation. This house has a great kitchen equipped with all appliances you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. This house is very spacious, perfect for entertaining guests indoors and outdoors. It features four (4) bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There are two (2) bedrooms with queen size beds on the main level. There is one (1) bedroom with a king size bed and one (1) bedroom with a queen and a king size bed on the second floor. There are TV's in every bedroom. The main living room also has panoramic views of the lake as well as a brand new large Samsung TV, perfect for entertaining. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower and a half bath on the main level. There is one full bathroom with a tub on the second floor. The house overlooks beautiful Lake Louise, with a view of fireworks on Thursdays during the summer and of the amazing sunrises that PPB offers. There is Weber grill and convenient outdoor shower. This lake front property also comes with your private access to Lake Louise and parking for two cars in the driveway and four parking passes. Four beach badges, four beach chairs and two beach umbrellas will be provided for your use for the duration of your stay. The bedding and towels are included! Create incredible memories that will last a lifetime in this special home.

Do NOT hesitate to rent this property!!! Two things, in particular, we look for in a rental property; cleanliness and safety. This property has both and a whole lot more! Completely tastefully renovated top to bottom, spotless and has EVERYTHING you need…just bring your suitcase (and food containers if you plan on cooking and have left-overs). The outdoor space is PERFECT; huge table and chairs on a pavement patio with the perfect view of the water. The grill works which we have found doesn’t in other properties. Sheets and towels provided along with beach towels as well. They also have a beach cart to take to the beach; never had this in other properties! And all of this in a beautiful neighborhood. Close to the beach as well. We will DEFINITELY stay in this property again!! Communication with Max was flawless, he was VERY responsive. This was in our top ratings for rental property. Again don’t hesitate on this property, you won’t be sorry!!!!

Booked this house as a last minute getaway with my girlfriend. Weloved it! Spacious, with upgrades, and excellent location. Close tothe beach, boardwalk, and many restaurants. Our favorite time of theday was sitting in the backyard sipping a glass of wine with an amazing sunset on the lake. I will definitely return soon.
