The location was good and the property in good condition. We had a house full and used all the space. They were very responsive to some minor issues during our stay. Private beach was an easy walk and very nice, never crowded. We would stay here again but would bring a few things to smooth the stay.Other than the obvious wood and fire starters bring gloves and fire poker to stir the fire in the firepit Hand towels for bathroomsDish towels for kitchenPaper towels Non slip mat for tub shower

This place is hard for me to review because it provided what we were looking for but I feel there are key aspects that were conveniently left out. I booked this beach house during the winter for our annual family Christmas gathering. We had teens who enjoyed the game room and it had enough rooms to fit the people. So overall it was a good place for our purpose BUT BE AWARE: the furniture is worn down and uncomfortable. The space inside the house is small. It felt cramped. The kitchen is SMALL I would take that into consideration when booking. Also for one bedroom you have to walk thru another person bedroom to get out which I believe should be stated. Also the temperature of the heat is hard to control/ manage. Again there are a lot of positives for the place especially when booking in the summer. The communication was great and it was clean.

We had a great time. The house was great. Walking distance to the beach and the lake. Nice neighborhood and quiet street. The house was great for us as we needed space and quiet. Everything was in great shape.
