La zona del alojamiento era cercana al centro. El mobiliario con el que contaba en general era moderno. Además había botiquín y manta antiincendios lo que aportaba seguridad. La relación calidad-precio es aceptable.
Fuerte olor a humedad que resultaba desagradable, dicha humedad se podía apreciar por las paredes de las habitaciones. Plato de ducha con filtraciones, se salía una gran cantidad de agua. Si necesitabas recogerla la fregona no tenía su correspondiente palo. El tostador no funcionaba, tenías que mantenerlo sujetado todo el tiempo. Bolsas de basura insuficientes, una sola bolsa para 3 días y cinco personas.
