Upgraded granite-countertops kitchen, and a friendly neighborhood surrounded by great pizza shops, Rhino market, pinkie's restaurant, doughnut shops, and convention center. House is equipped with all your traveling needs.
This 2 bedroom and 2 FULL Bathroom duplex PLUS movie theater area added on the basement is conveniently located at just 20 min walking distance to uptown Charlotte, or 5 min with Electric Scooter provides for an excellent stay. 2 minutes from Bank of America Stadium by car, easy access to 2-77 highway to go anywhere in town, perfectly located to all the restaurants, businesses, and entertainment of uptown charlotte and main business. Every room is equipped with Roku smart TVs with streaming services and up to 400 CHANNELS. House is well secure with top technology, you'll feel a sense of seclusion and privacy.
Minutes drive to many options for restaurants, bars, entertainment, and nightlife. Comfortable queen-size memory foam bed in each bedroom, televisions with Netflix, Amazon Prime & High-Speed Wi-Fi.
With Quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances renovated kitchen, cutlery, and all your cooking needs, you will be able to prepare your favorite meals. A microwave is provided. On-site brand new coffee maker KEURIG brand to delight yourself with a coffee in the morning.
We currently have 2 FULL QUEEN bedrooms and a nice pull-out couch in the living for a 3 bed.
Custom high-end shower coated on high-end title giving you a scene of a luxury shower with all your basic needs such as shampoo, soap, and towels. No need to bring those in.
All new lighting throughout the house and modern finishes on all bathrooms. Enjoy washing machines and dryers, and plenty of room outdoor for fun and activities. The friendly neighborhood at one of the BEST locations in town to walk your pet, run, jog, or just take a breath in the beautiful summer. The neighborhood located is Wesley Heights.
PARKING: We only offer street parking at the moment. Up to 3 car MAX.

If you are looking for a place to stay within walking distance to BOA stadium then this might be a good place for you. I can't say though that this home was the most comfortable though. The beds are not very comfortable. The couch futon was horrible to try to sleep on too so the 2 bedrooms is really all you have. The downstairs basement movie area was not usable as the internet didn't work and it smelled really bad down there. The house is old but it was painted nicely and someone tried to do repairs/upgrades themselves though the faucets needed to be tightened, the toilet seat was also not tight, the shower drips for about 5 extra minutes. I was not impressed with any of that and you can hear the people in the duplex beside of you. They woke up earlier than we did so we could hear them which I sure they could hear us too. The host did not reach out to see if we got checked in or anything and there were no check out instructions other than the time so we just took out the trash and straightened up a bit. Overall it served it's purpose of our two night stay in Charlotte but I wouldn't stay here again if that tells you something. The street parking is also horrible. My rental car got hit on Saturday by a neighbor too which was a terrible inconvenience to our trip. The streets are too narrow. The only perk was being able to walk to the concert on the greenway.

This is a duplex, maybe I didn't read the fine print. Parking on the street only. The beds should have matress protectors. On the plus side Owner was very responsive when the AC wasn't working and got it fixed in a couple of hours. WIFI didn't work but was given a workaround.
