In Charlotte's historic westside with easy access to the surrounding area, this home offers great location. 5-minute walk to Stewart Creek Greenway, and a 5 minute walk to the Gold Line on Trade Street.
It offers lived-in comfort and comes with everything you would need for an extended stay.

Main Living Areas: Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room.
Fully stocked kitchen with high end appliances, gas range, cookware, and extensive counter space. Dining area provides seating for your whole group, making it easy to enjoy meals together. The living room includes a comfortable sectional and multiple accent chairs, a large smart TV, and lots of natural light. Sliding doors overlook a green space, including a dog park. In the colder months when leaves are off the trees we have a wonderful view of the uptown skyline.
Level Three:
The primary and secondary bedrooms are located on this level, as well as laundry closet and linen cabinets. The primary bedroom includes a King bed, expansive closet space, and en suite bathroom. The secondary bedroom includes a queen bed and workspace ideal for business travelers. There is a second full bathroom located on this level, accessed from the hallway. Both bedrooms get lots of natural light, and are equipped with blackout curtains.
Level Four:
This townhome features a loft and rooftop terrace on the fourth floor. The loft includes a queen sized bed, TV, and dedicated workstation equipped with a standing desk and printer. A half bath is also accessed from the loft. The loft opens up to a rooftop terrace with lounge chairs, as well as a bistro set for rooftop dining.

Everything was wonderful! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possible need for a quick family getaway!! We felt right at home as soon as we found the cast iron pan!! Made for some delicious lamb chops! The beds were very comfortable be sure to rent this out you will feel at HOME!!

We had a great stay at Daniel’s townhome! Our family of 4 (two adults, a 15 year old and 13 year old two small dogs) were in town for a concert at the Spectrum Center. The townhome was the perfect size for us, super clean, in a safe neighborhood and conveniently located. It was a 7 minute drive to the Spectrum Center and a 15 minute drive to Carowinds amusement park. The townhome included a single car garage which was a major plus as we drove our vehicle, there was a large gated area for our dogs to run around and the beds were comfortable with the master having a king. I highly recommend staying here if you are making a trip to Charlotte.

We had a great stay at Daniel’s townhome. The hosts were quick to respond and caring, and the home was perfect for our needs. Loved that they had a dedicated office space with a desk, monitor, chair and printer. The home has lots of windows and the best natural light. The community is nice and new and clean. Great location with plenty of good restaurants coffee shops and breweries nearby. Quick access to a pretty greenway where we had a nice walk. Also the area has easy access to the interstate and downtown. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
