shower need to be more user friendly for female as my hair is mostly soaked in water for every bath.

The comfort was the best part. It had everything I needed to feel at home. The gym was impressive and the place was very quiet. Everything was very clean and tidy.

The worst part was the check-in; there was no one to tell me what to do, not even the address was correct, and I felt lost. The taxi didn't pick me up at the airport, so I had to send a text message from there to Booking to have someone pick me up (in the end, they sent me an Uber!). The date of the taxi reservation to the airport after check-out was recorded incorrectly and it was very difficult to correct it. I had to cancel the original reservation to get a new one, in which I lost the discount I got for the original. Too hard to get a support. Luckely I have a sister in Miami who was helping me out. I'm from Argentina and if she wasn't there to support me, I couldn't get it done.

The location was absolutely perfect for the purpose of my visit. I attended a concert at the Bank of America stadium which is literally right across the street-no nightmare of driving, parking or traffic. Also, situated near very nice neighborhoods. Easy access to everything.

TERRIBLY NOISY. Due to the great location, the noise level from cars, motorcycles, loud music, etc., is really troublesome. But, one can't have it all. The shower was very disappointing--very low water pressure, water took a long time to heat up, then was only lukewarm. For what you charge, top quality showers/shower heads are a must! Bedroom was tiny-borderline claustrophobic; bed was so high it was uncomfortable getting into!!
