About this house rental
A 2640 sq ft Spacious loft with a awesome kitchen, living room on a different level. Perfect for a large family or group. Minutes away from everything in San Fernando and easy access to all major shopping areas and highways. The property is secured by perimeter cameras with one camera in the garage area. These cameras are only for security purposes.
Gulf City shopping Mall is 5 minutes away. Debe farmers market and Debe street food market
is 7 minutes, C3 Mall is 10 minutes, Restaurants are minutes away or you can enjoy home delivery to all major restaurants
You can take a walk to the nearby Palmiste Park where you can relax, picnic or take the children to the play park. When ready to return home, you can purchase snacks or food at the street food court.
This four bedroom home includes a large Kitchen, Dining area, tv Room and Sitting/Reading area all on the same level. For additional accommodation, two air mattresses are available which is primarily for large groups.A sunken Living Room is in a different area. The laundry Room is down stairs together with our private storage. A separate fully contained Studio Apartment with its private entrance is included on this floor which is rented out separately. A three car secured garage is available on premises. Two serves the main house and one for the studio apartment

Very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room for the elders to visit, and the teens to watch tv. We appreciated the cooler that was available, all the table and counter space, the comfortable seating. We stayed nine days and had a great time.

It was not a new house but it had character.

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity House. It was well maintained and safe. Wayne was helpful and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again!
