About this villa rental
Ocean View villa is a two story 3000 square foot charming villa located at the end of a quiet street overlooking the Caribbean sea. The ground floor is built on the open area concept and has a kitchen complete with fridge, stove, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, cutlery and dishes. The large open plan living area has large dining and sitting areas with cable TV, DVD and high speed Internet access. The laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer. There is also a powder room on the ground floor. The ground floor also has a large patio. All four bedrooms are on the second floor. Each bedroom has air conditioning, toilet, shower and spacious closets. The master bedroom is equipped with a tub and shower. Two bedrooms are each furnished with two queen sized beds while the other two are each furnished with one queen sized bed. Two of the bedrooms have balconies which provide a panoramic view of the ocean. Restaurants, grocery stores and are casino are within a 5 minute drive from the villa.
Ocean View villa is a very private villa overlooking the Caribbean sea. The Mount Irvine Golf Course is about a 5 minute drive while the Tobago Plantations Golf Course is about 10-15 minutes away. Boats leaving for the world famous Buccoo Reef can be accessed by a 2 minute walk. Fish lovers can purchase fish from fishermen by 1 to 2 minute walk. There are restaurants and a casino within a 1 to 3 mile radius. Whether you preference, you could not choose a better location for a holiday than Ocean View villa.
Ocean View Villa is a 3 minute walk from the venue where the world famous annual Buccoo goat race is held on the Tuesday following Easter Monday.

Loved the area! Close to the beach and dock. Quiet. Great restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend the local Sunday night party " Sunday school" with live steel drum band! Close to 2 golf courses. The house has a great view of the ocean and loved hearing the waves. House is large and comfortable, but needs some minor repairs( 2 vanity doors broken, and dishwasher not working.) Had a great stay, would love to go back for another visit.

Place is a bit old and needs some upgrading. There is no pool which was a set back. Then the option is to go to the beach which is a few minutes away. Beach towels should have been provided.We stayed a week. The property manager should have reached out to us to see if we wanted fresh bath towels.The bedroom were clean and comfortable.The kitchen and available dishes did not lend to cooking so we ate out.
