Condo was clean and very well kept, and parking was a breeze.

I was surprised that the only window (sliding glass patio door) had been washed with dirty mop water. The unit was listed as having a "balcony" and what it had was a 12" wide metal grate you could stand on. I guess that is what they classify as a balcony. The unit was to have "clearly marked parking space with a sign" and there was no signage and several times I had to park on the street because other vechicles were in the parking area (that didn't know how to park without lines)!!!It was a great location if you want to walk downtown, it is a short and safe walk.

Really disappointed in the cleanliness of the condo. Walked in and found stains on the kitchen island, cobweb hanging from the ceiling in the kitchen, and a few other items. I have stayed at these condos before with no issue-this time not the case.
