Very nice condo, location has great walkability to downtown, waterfront, restaurants and neighborhood strolls. The kitchen is fine but would be tight for making family dinners, no dining table but a few could eat at the counter. The pull out couch worked for our group of 6 but 4 would be more comfortable. Rooftop area is a great bonus space. We enjoyed our stay!

Great location! We stayed here because it was pet friendly and a short walk to the beach. The problem was there was nowhere at the condo to hose off our dog and rinse sand off our feet. The space was clean except for some hairs on the pillow and sheets in the main bedroom. The second bedroom was small and the bed creaked when turning during sleep. I loved all the windows and rooftop sitting area but there were a couple more windows that needed curtains for privacy: laundry room and 2nd floor bathroom. The living area stated spacious, but it was small and it would've been more comfortable with a larger and more comfortable couch. Also, bring your own pans if you are cooking/making breakfast. The cookware was scraped up, and for us, not usable. Although there was one parking space, it was great that we had a garage and they gave a great rec for safe parking at an open air garage that was close. We were also able to park on the road most of the time.
