About this apartment rental
Spacious ~1,000 sqft 2 bed/2 bath suite - perfect for families or a friend getaway. With a 10 minute walk (less than half a mile) to the beach, downtown shopping and restaurants, and local coffee shops, this unique setting is perfect for your Traverse City vacation. Rent a bicycle next door and cruise down the NoBo neighborhood's new bike path, or spend your days at the wineries and exploring the peninsulas and all that Traverse City has to offer!

Guests have access to the whole condo during their stay.
There is a parking lot behind the building that is accessed from the alley. Please park along the left side to allow for other cars.
Tandem Suite is complete with two comfy queen size beds, two full bathrooms, a large living/dining area, and a kitchenette featuring a Keurig coffee maker. There is also a large bonus area for storage, A/C, and plenty of on-site parking.
Perfect for families, it has a stroller, pack-n-play, and high chair available for your use - just let us know if you would like these available for your stay!
Working remotely during your stay? Tandem Suite has a cozy desk space and high speed internet for your convenience!
This airbnb is located in a converted storefront and has an upper unit (the Bike Loft) and lower unit (this listing: the Tandem Suite). Please note, there is no laundry on-site and Tandem Suite's kitchenette does not have a stove/oven for cooking.
Traverse City is known for its wineries! If you drive up Old Mission or Leelanau Peninsula, there are several wineries to stop by every few miles. Take your own car (& a designated driver!) and have a leisurely drive, or book a private group tour. We'd love to help plan your trip and recommend wineries as well as other local activities - get in touch!

Very wonderful use of the space! Felt like the perfect amount of space for 2 couples, a family, or (like me and my husband) a couple wanting to get some time away. We especially loved the access to the Tart Trail and being able to take that into downtown TC. Parking was super easy, and being right off a main street but having a private entrance and parking was really excellent. Multiple games available was an excellent tough! Highly recommend this stay!

We loved staying here. The vision and creativity of the owners was amazing. There was plenty of room and it was very comfortable. Easy to walk to parks, shops and restaurants.

Great location great place. Thankfully I found the full size refrigerator in the basement Now we just need a stove.

The apartment met all of our needs. It was clean and comfortable. Communication was so easy and the owners were so responsive. The location seemed off the beaten path at first but once we acclimated ourselves we loved it. 10 min walk to two bike trails and bike rentals were right next door. Easy walk to bakery and coffee and downtown.
