    Lovely hotel, in a great neighborhood, near transportation, restaurants, convenience stores, easily accessible to tourists spots throughout London. Clean, safe. My room was a tad small for a couple and I should have booked a larger one.

    Place was clean, but very cramped. Main issue was having a phone that didn't work, barely function tv remote, and worst of all was the energy saving key card switch which was barely attached to wall and would suddenly switch off power every few minutes. I was unable to get much help with the phone issue from the girl at the front desk so didn't even try to address this more complex issue.
