    The hotel is right at the train station with made arriving and checking out easy. The rooms were spacious and very nice. Lots of amenities. The spa was relaxing after a long day. The bed was very comfortable and large. The elevators were slow and took a while to arrive. Customer service was excellent and the front desk staff was helpful.

    The hotel was extremely accessible from Utsunomiya station. The staff were extremely friendly, and the amenities at the hotel were well-kept. The room was also very comfortable, and everything was very clean, neat and tidy!

    Nice hotel, but the elevators are a bit slow. Having only one coffee machine at breakfast created long lines, and it was disappointing that there was no bacon or pancakes.

    The only good thing about this hotel was the location. The room was not clean, and we had to ask several times just to have it properly cleaned. The service was terrible and the staff were not helpful at all. Even for something as basic as asking for an extra toothbrush, they would say that there was already one in the room. They provide disposable toothbrushes but only give you one per day, which makes no sense if you brush your teeth more than once a day. Overall, the service and cleanliness were extremely disappointing. This hotel is definitely not worth the amount of money they charge, and I would not stay here again.
