- Cleaning could be better. Toilet on top floor was not clean i had to clean ot myself. That is a pity. Lets just call it bad luck

- Heizung erste Nacht ausgeschaltet, Schlaf dank dünner Bettdecken nur mit Pullover möglich - Mikrowelle dreckig, Badmüll nicht geleert, Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt, Boden insgesamt klebrig, Fenster länger nicht geputzt, Aschenbecher vor Haustür voll, Badfliesen dreckig, Fernbedienung klebrig - baulicher Zustand: Wasserschaden Bad und Schlafzimmer, Fenster beschlagen, vielfältig laienhaft erstellte Boden- und Wandbeläge, verschimmelte Fugen und Fensterlaibungen, Spiegel im WC fehlt, … - Sicherheit: Treppe sehr steil, Treppengeländer niedrig und mit weitem Stababstand (da können nicht nur Kinder sondern auch Erwachsene durchfallen), offene Installationen / nicht angeklemmte Schutzleiter, heraustehende Schrauben - überalterte Lebensmittel in Küchenschränken - Schild sagt „Haus Elke“ nicht „Haus Freitag“
