Si estuviera mejor mantenido tendria mucho mejor puntuación. Está bien situado, en general todo bien, parking, y buen tamaño para alojar hasta 10 personas comodamente.
Muy descuidado: Estufas descolgadas, luces descolgadas, tostadora no funciona, un horno en el suelo de la cocina, sartenes sucias y hechas un desastre, y asi muchas cosas mas. Nada es importante, necesitan un mantenimiento simplemente. Podrian sacarle mucho mas partido a la casa. Por otro lado, poca agua caliente. Si alquilas una casa para 10 personas, no puedes tener agua caliente para que se duchen 2/3 solo. (20-25 minitos de agua caliente). Deben mejorar y poner mas termos de agua caliente.
