- Su localización y orientación. El piso cumple el objetivo perfectamente para ir a esquiar unos días a Sierra Nevada.
- Su aislamiento, mantiene una buena temperatura durante todo el día con ayuda de los radiadores eléctricos.
- Está a la altura de la entrada desde la calle. No hay que coger el ascensor para acceder al piso.
- Plaza de garaje amplia.
Como áreas de mejora para el 10 de puntación:
- No hay prácticamente barandilla en la cama superior de la litera. Si va a un dormir un chiquillo pequeño puede ser peligroso (habría que poner una barandilla mayor por seguridad.
- Los radiadores eléctricos hacían ruido de dilatación durante toda la noche. Si te duermes fácil, no hay problema. Si esa noche te cuesta más coger el sueño, pueden molestarte.
- La puerta de entrada al piso tiene cierta holgura y se ve que la luz pasa a través del margen izquierda (donde está la cerradura).

5 - 10 minute walk from gondola, underground parking and nice view
Can be a bit noisy as in a block of apartments but you expect that in a ski resort.

Her şey fotoğrafta göründüğü gibiydi. Mutfak malzemeleri tamdı. Sahibi gerçekten çok ilgiliydi. Bize bölge hakkındaki gerekli bilgileri verdi.
Manzarası çok güzeldi. Otoparkı mevcut.
Merkeze yürümeniz gerekiyor. Giderken yokuş indiğiniz için sorun olmuyor ama çıkmak tam bir eziyetti.
Bir de dairedeki tavalar çok kötüydü. Kesinlikle değişmesi gerekiyor. Çizilmiş tavalar kullanılmaz.( kanserojendir)

"Great location, cosy apartment. Equiped kitchen so you can have your own dishes as you want. After having breakfast and coffee with nice view in few minutes you can at the cable car station."
