Easy and secure

Nothing, reception is beyond their control, luckily the room was ready before check-in to secure bags, reception - security was questionable in terms of reliability across the 3 days, have a plan, the reception is not a good plan

Amazing views and location

No air conditioning. Would be nice to supply milk and a coffee machine. A bit more flexibility on checkout time would have been appreciated.

The location and views are out of this world

The windows were dirty because the building is getting repainted

The view was absolutely stunning and the location was perfect with public transport (ferry) very close by. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn’t cook anything during our stay and we enjoyed the fact that you had multiple options of tea & coffee. The location of the apartment was very quiet too.

There were a few things that I hope you can take on as feedback. When we arrived, the room was very musty and smelled as if no one had been there for months. We had no worries opening the windows, but the windows were quite dirty. There was mold in the closet in the first (larger) bedroom and a nail sticking out of one of the wooden hangers. The table in the living space has very loose legs, and could do with some tightening of the screws. Lastly, the bathroom may have been due to the construction, but the door is starting to disintegrate, likely due to the direction of the water spray and the doorless design.
