Check-In & Building Access: Regular check-in is between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Please note that the main entrance doors lock at 9:00 PM. If you arrive after 9:00 PM, simply notify the security guard at the main gate/entrance with your unit number to open the door for you.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to host approval and cleaning schedules. Standard check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs over 2 hours incur a $75/hour fee.
Vehicle Registration & Parking: Free, unassigned parking is available outside the building. Please send us your car registration/license plate number at least one day before arrival so we can notify building management.
