Lovely place, charming owner! It’s a renovated mill (the river flows right through the house), and everything is done with taste and care. Only a few spacious rooms with comfortable bed, and the family lives on the premises, so you have the place almost to yourself. There is a huge garden, and everywhere you can hear the faint sound of water murmuring. Very atmospheric.

Parking available (not a negative), but you need it because without a car it’s difficult to get there. Not a place for people who can’t handle the occasional spider or who mind being woken by the cockcrow ;)

Charming old converted mill in a very beautiful and peaceful setting. Host was very welcoming, our room was very spacious and we really enjoyed our evening meal out on the terrace. Just 10 mins drive from Amboise where the Chateau d'Amboise is well worth a visit - stunning views!

Nothing.
