Den store verandaen med veldig fin utsikt. Godt fungerende aircondition. Veldig fin og sentral beliggenhet. Parasoller og matter til å låne med på stranda. Dusjen og klesvaskemaakina er relativt ny. Fryser i kjøleskapet. Velfungerende lysblendegardiner på alle vinduer.
Gamle møbler, leiligheten bærer preg av mangel på vedlikehold. Stedet trenger en grundig rundvask. Ingen oppvaskmaskin.

Very good location. Everything we are looking for in vacation property was there: old town strolling, close to the beach, shopping, restaurants, train station, great views from huge balcony, nicely decorated
Some essentials were missing. Paper towels, soap, coffee machine is probably broken ( water dripping too slowly), espresso machine is not easy to find tablets for. Blankets and linens need to be updated (very old ). All easy fixes. No big deal.

“Ho soggiornato nell’appartamento Le 44 ad Antibes e ne sono rimasto entusiasta. La posizione è perfetta, comoda per visitare la città e godersi la Costa Azzurra. Il punto forte è sicuramente il terrazzo, con una vista stupenda che rende ogni momento speciale. Esperienza davvero positiva!”
