About this apartment rental
Rare situation for this 2 room apartment of 60m2 with terrace overlooking the sea. Located on the 6th floor, the view is magical!
Bathed in light, the room with a refined decoration, offers you a peaceful atmosphere and brings you a total change of scenery.
This pretty place is equipped with a sofa bed, with 2 mattresses side by side allowing a bed of 160cm wide and another bed for a person.
An extendable dining table with chairs, a storage unit with a large screen TV, a low table, light, to easily move it in the evening for the installation of beds.
You will find all the comfort there, thanks to a studied arrangement.
A bedroom with two 90 cm beds, allowing a 180 wide bed. Storage boxes under the beds, a storage cabinet and a walk-in closet allow you to easily store your belongings.
A very functional kitchen, with plenty of storage and comfortable worktops allow the "chefs" to prepare meals in a good mood!
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, offering good comfort, storage space and a WC.
The apartment is through which avoids the heat because the air circulates easily.
5 minutes from the beach, close to shops and the old town, you can spend a holiday without taking the car!
You can walk to the lovely and famous covered market in old Antibes, where fresh produce from the region rubs shoulders with local artists and producers of local products (olive oil, tapenade, etc.). ...).
For your comfort and your daily life, the big traditional signs are also close to the apartment.
The beach is maintained and very pleasant and equipped with showers to rinse off after the baths!
You will also find a restaurant, 'on the water' and a refreshment bar with cold drinks and sandwiches.
You can visit the Picasso Museum, located in a beautiful building in the old town.
The region is also very beautiful with many typical and unspoiled small villages.

Lejligheden var mindre end det fremgår af annoncen.
Sovesofaen er ikke behagelig at sove i.
Parkeringspladsen er i en nærliggende parkeringskælder på niveau - 5. Rampen er ekstrem smal og det er selve pladsen også. Det kræver gode køreegenskaber og tålmodighed at komme derned uden at ridse bilen
