The location was excellent. It was close to the old town, and the sea front, near excellent restaurants and a supermarket. Only a mile from the train station. The balcony and view of the sea were a bonus. The host was responsive and offered all the key facilities for cooking. The sun floods into the large windows in the living room and bedroom.
The bed. Some may call the mattress soft but it has collapsed and needs replacing. It was difficult for two of us to get a full night’s sleep in the sunken bed Although quiet in the evening, the lack of sound proofing above and large windows meant we were woken early by upstairs neighbour and traffic/bins being emptied. The flat is dated inside but clean enough.
