Sehr schöne Wohnung. Ruhige Lage. Der vorhandene Parkplatz ist wichtig, da es dort im Wohngebiet kaum Parkmöglichkeiten gibt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Zu wenig Geschirr. Dadurch musste man den Geschirrspüler öfter anstellen als nötig. Der Spiegel im Bad hängt sehr hoch und weit weg. Ein kleiner Vergrösserungsspiegel z. B. zum Ankleben an die Duschaussenseite wäre schon ausreichend.

Die "Lage hervorragend" ,ruhig am Ortsrand von Offenthal, direkt anschließend an Wiesen und Wander-u. Radwege, genauso - wie die geschmackvolle Einrichtung, die überaus schöne Küche samt Ausstattung mit Sachen, die ermöglichen , nicht erst mal gleich einkaufen zu müssen. Der Parkplatz vor dem Haus war ein zusätzliches Plus.
Der Abzug im Bad reagiert entweder zusammen mit dem Lichtschalter oder auch allein bei Wasserdampf im Bad (nach dem Duschen). Aber er ist nicht leise,sondern "dröhnt" ausgiebig und.lange, weshalb wir die Stehlampe in's Bad gestellt haben ! Dass die Benutzung der Veranda nicht gestattet wird, fanden wir schade.
