O apartamento tem ótima localização, com portaria 24h, bela vista, camas confortáveis, roupas de camas limpas, internet funcionando bem e banheiro todo reformadinho. O anfitrião foi super solícito, respondendo rapidamente e flexibilizando os horários de check-in e check-out.
Alguns itens de cozinha poderiam ser complementados, como chaleira elétrica, potes e talheres, panos de copa. O fogão elétrico leva um pouco mais de tempo para aquecer e a airfryer apresenta sinais de desgaste. As roupas de cama estão um pouco usadas e seria interessante uma renovação; as paredes também poderiam receber pequenos retoques de pintura. Observamos ainda a presença de alguns insetos, como baratinhas e mosquitos.

El anafe para cocinar no servía nos limito el cocinar, calentaba poco, aire acondicionado mucho ruido, había cucarachas, poco equipado la cocina. el hornito a aire estaba oxidado. las camas duras, con recubierto de plástico que era horrible.
