This two-story, 1500 sq ft townhouse is located in the quiet and welcoming neighborhood of Plantations East, just west of Route 1. Within a 10 min drive, there are endless possibilities for enjoyment and relaxation. The beach in Lewes is located bay side where the waters are calmer and the area is more low key. Close by is Cape Henlopen State Park which is "situated at the mouth of the Delaware Bay" with more than 6 miles of coastline for relaxing on the beach, hiking, biking or exploring.
Located in neighboring Rehoboth is tax free outlet shopping and a multitude of amazing restaurants. Historical downtown Lewes is located on 2nd St which boasts cute local shops, many wonderful restaurants, as well as beautiful scenery surrounding the canal front.
Directly across Coastal Hwy, less than a 5 min drive, is Midway Center which has go-karts, miniature golf, and a small water park. The adjacent shopping center also has a movie theater, a thrift store, and Candy Kitchen, among many other shops.
Within a 15 min drive, you could find yourself at Rehoboth Beach and the boardwalk. This is where much of the hustle bustle side of the beach life may be discovered. So much to explore!

We love staying here because it is close to everything and very clean. Love eating breakfast on the enclosed back patio before our daily excursions.

We had a wonderful visit. Super clean and spacious. Loved having coffee on the porch each morning. Quick ride to beaches, boardwalk and outlets. My son loved fishing in the ponds. Just what we needed.

We could not have been more impressed with the property and the owner. The property is clearly well cared for by the property owner. She takes a great amount of pride in her home and that shows from the welcome gift, to the cleanliness, to the labels providing organization/instructions, to her being a text or call away if needed. I highly recommend this place and would love to come back!

Great property with more than enough room for my family of 4. Very clean and comfortable and situated in a quiet and beautiful community just a block from Route 1. Checking in and out was easy and Elisa was extremely responsive. I would definitely stay here again.
