About this house rental
Our home is just minutes away from Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes Beach and Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk. Restaurants, retail outlets, stores & boutiques are some of the attractions located close by. *Lewes Park and Ride is a quick walk or drive away.
The first floor has two separate living/dining areas and a large master bedroom with a full bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. The second floor has a large loft area perfect for watching a movie, playing games and as well as playing foosball. A full size sofa bed and daybed with a trundle are also in the loft area. The two remaining bedrooms include one with a queen size bed and another with two bunk beds.
The back deck is perfect for spending your mornings in the sun and evenings in the shade. Our community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Amazing spaces, plenty of amenities! Great quiet neighborhood! Clean and well stocked. Grocery stores near by, nice to have a gas stove!We will rent again for next year.

This was the perfect place for our family! 15 min to rehobeth and 15 min to Broadkill beach (highly recommend) plenty of room for big families amazing non busy community pool away from the chaos!

The listing was accurate, so many amenities, no need to bring anything for the beach. Check in and out was smooth. Host was great with communication. Will most likely come again next year.

This home had everything you could need. It was clean, spacious, fully stocked and a great location. It's a huge bonus having the beach items in the garage, linens and towels being included, saves on the room when packing. We had a slight issue at check in time, but the host was quick to remedy it and make sure our stay went smoothly. I would highly recommend this home and stay here again in the future.
