The location is reasonably close to the city center and to the aquapark. Bus route is temporarily suspended due to work on the tram lines.
Place is is in a relatively quiet neighbourhood.
It was clean upon arrival.
It's relatively cheap compared to other places in the area.
There is only one power outlet in the bedroom and that is used for the TV.
The bathroom doesn't have a hanger, there is no place to put your clothes or towel during your shower.
There is no air conditioning.
We have found cockroaches in the kitchen. It was probably because of the disinsection in the building.
