Ottima la posizione a due passi dal mare in uno splendido giardino e pulizia alloggio
Consiglierei al gestore di dare in dotazione due sdraio da esterno e un tavolo da esterno per far utilizzare al meglio l'area antistante l'appartamento.

La posizione della villa è ottima e gli spazi aperti, in comune, sono comunque ben tenuti. L'accesso alla piattaforma a mare attraverso un percorso di pochi metri è davvero bellissimo e comodo da raggiungere. Si parcheggia esternamente alla villa ma il posto è sempre disponibile. Splendida la doccia esterna in muratura! L'appartamento da 4 è ben tenuto e pulito.
Siamo rimasti un po' sorpresi della collocazione della casa in quanto si trova ad un piano seminterrato con accesso da un piazzale in cui sono presenti i 3 appartamenti i cui ingressi sono molto ravvicinati tra loro. Le stanze hanno dunque poca luce.

La posizione della struttura è fantastica e le camere sono belle ampie.
Migliorerei : i materassi e la doccia. I ventilatori non sono adeguati alle attuali alte temperature estive.
