Casa Mozart I Sea View, Pool & Ac Retreat

Super nocleg jako baza wypadowa, zdecydowanie dla osób z autem. Dwie duże sypianie z łazienką i bardzo dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. 5 minut pieszo do marketu, 15 minut do super baru z pysznymi drinkami. Pralka na wyposażeniu z czego często korzystaliśmy. Polecam :)

Jedyny minus to brak podgrzewanego basenu

Prachtig modern huis met alle voorzieningen. Mooie locatie, ideale uitvalsbasis voor het verkennen van Madeira, prachtig uitzicht. Zeer correcte en behulpzame communicatie, goed georganiseerde host.

Niets… De doorgang door de elektrische poort om op te rijden met de wagen was net groot genoeg. Een erg brede auto, zou het moeilijker hebben. Eenmaal probleem dat de poort niet helemaal opende door de wind, maar de host was zeer vlot bereikbaar en kon het probleem snel verhelpen. Nadien geen last meer van gehad. Parkeren langs de straatkant was ook een optie, gezien zeer rustige straat en voldoende ruimte.

The pool and new house was super modern with a spectacular view.

We stayed 4 nights and the house was so new that the main bedroom didn’t even have a lighting fixture yet (just a bulb hanging) and both bedrooms had the hookups for a wall tv but nothing was installed yet. However it was a bit uncomfortable sleeping at night because the air conditioners were all off. The condenser on the roof never turned on, and the host said they couldn’t fix it until after we checked out. Even though the weather outside was nice at night, we did not want to leave any doors open because of the Madeiran cockroaches (we found some in the pool as well as in the toilet after the first night). Honestly, we would’ve been fine with this, but the main disappointment was that they wanted to charge us an extra fee per night because we had three adults and two children. We explained at check in that our 6yo would not need an extra bed or bedding because she would be sharing a bed with us anyways. So the host said they would waive this fee because of the broken AC which was not any consolation for something that shouldn’t have been charged for in the first place. Lastly, you are not allowed to flush any toilet paper and you need to take out all the trash at the end of your stay to the nearest Ecopoint, which we have encountered before, but it might be something other guests aren’t comfortable with if they are looking for a relaxing experience.
