Very cosy selfstanding house with enough space for four adults and nice view over the valley.

Lage des Objektes gut, leider die Anfahrt zum Haus sehr schlecht zugänglich, Schotterweg und sehr steil
Schimmel im Haus va. im Bad, Holztür voll mit schwarzem Pilz, rostige abgenutzte Bestuhlung auf der Terrasse, zusammengestückelte Möbel in der Wohnküche und alte staubige Kunstblumen usw. wir waren sehr enttäuscht. Keine Schlüsselübergabe bei An- und Abreise. Schlüssel erhielten wir nach längerem Suchen beim Nachbarn.

Der perfekte Ort zum Entschleunigen!
Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin, top Lage: erhöht, ruhig, sonnenexponiert und dennoch je nach Schneelage nur rund 5 min entfernt zur Großglocknerstraße - somit eine gute Anbindung; auch bei Schneefahrbahn ohne Allradantrieb gut erreichbar. Die einladende Einrichtung ist rustikal/ modern und es ist alles da, was man für ein paar Tage zum Entschleunigen braucht: Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein kleines, feines Bad mit Fußbodenheizung und Radiator, daneben ein sehr gemütlicher Wohn-Essraum mit einer Sitzecke, einer kleinen rustikalen Eckküche mit Allem, was man zum Kochen braucht und einem gemütlichen kleinen Holzofen. Die Treppe hinauf ist ein mit viel Liebe eingerichteter Vorraum zum Balkon und die angrenzenden behaglich eingerichteten Schlafzimmer haben neue Fenster. Wohn-Essraum & Schlafzimmer kann man zusätzlich mit Infrarot-Heizpanelen schnell und unkompliziert temperieren.

Uriges Häuschen inmitten der Berge und reiner Natur!
Total uriges Häuschen. Genauso habe ich mir einen ersten Bergurlaub vorgestellt. Alles da, was man braucht. Auto allerdings unerlässlich, wenn man als Familie anreist. Wegen des Proviantes, den man vorher im Tal besorgen sollte. Das haben wir gemacht und somit eine entspannte Woche verbracht! Nicht zuletzt die herzliche Begrüßung war schon ein toller Auftakt in den Urlaub. Ganz lieben Dank.
Es liegt abseits der Skigebiete, was für uns eher ein Pluspunkt war, da wir wandern wollten. Und herrlich ruhig.
